• This machine is a high-precision NC precision cylindrical grinder that has NC control of two axes, table left/right feed and wheel front/rear feed, and has excellent operability by direct connection type ball screw drive.
• The T-type integrated frame structure made by our own casting realizes high rigidity without overhang. Even if a cut is made, it will not escape and the shaft head structure contributes to productivity improvement.
• V-V sliding surface is used for sliding surface of slide table and wheelchair. A low friction sliding material is attached to maintain high accuracy and smooth sliding for a long time.
• It is a general-purpose base machine that uses a front slide cover that achieves high accessibility, and can handle a wide variety of products in small lots by using an ergonomically designed hand handle.
• Characterless dialogue software realizes an input method that does not feel like an NC machine, and a touch panel operation method enables automatic grinding of the outer diameter of a cylindrical work.
