CNC Type - HPG500NC Series

Description

  • Small forming grinding machine with NC function while leaving the operation handle of a general-purpose machine.
  • By combining the left and right belt motor driven & ball screw drive, hydraulic cylinder is not used, not only maintenance is improved, but also environmental measures, thermal displacement suppression & a reduction of the burden on workers are realized.
  • Equipped with vertical and front-rear scale feedback as standard, the positioning accuracy required for grooving and wheel forming is outstanding.
  • Standard dialogue software that anyone can do the same work easily realizes surface grinding and wheel forming. Supports complex shapes with custom macro programs. (OP)

Features

  • Standard Conversational Software – Standard grinding mode, plunge / traverse / side / taper grinding is possible. With or without dressing during the cycle can be set. Cross feed stroke by teaching after which manually control by manual handwheel without over travel
  • Standard Conversational Software – Outer circumference dress / biconvex R type dress / single convex R type dress / V type dress / angle type dress / R + taper type dress / single concave R type dress / free type dress (OP macro). Single dress / Can be used with molded dresses.
  • Composite Grinding Mode – Composite grinding mode The target shape can be selected from flat surface, molding, steps or pitch.
  • Hand Operated – Handle Synchronization – Arc radius or taper feed is possible when manual Cross feeding automatically synchronize with Vertical feeding movement
  • Lubrication Oil (No Hydraulic Oil) – Maintenance-free because there is no need to change oil. Basically only 3 liters of lubrication oil is require
  • Co 2 Emission CO2 emission reduction of 656kg / kWh (emission factor 2.93kg-CO2 / kg x 40L x national average 6.59) due to waste oil treatment of industrial waste.
  • Power Consumption – Power consumption reduction Compared to hydraulically driven machines, power consumption is reduced by about 60% annually.
  • Thermal Displacement – Thermal displacement reduction The hydraulic drive system required oil temperature control, but by eliminating the oil that is the cause of thermal displacement, high-precision machining is achieved.
